Yoga Classes
Pregnancy Yoga
Being pregnant is beautiful... and sometimes quite exhausting. Between nesting instincts, endless well-meaning advice, and wondering whether you'll ever see your toes again, there is often very little time left for yourself.
In my Pregnancy Yoga Course, you can finally reclaim some of that time: take a deep breath, ease the strain on your back, stay gently mobile, and already share a sense of calm with your baby. The exercises are specifically designed for the needs of pregnancy. No acrobatic contortions, just soothing movements that support and strengthen you. And if all you want to do is lie down and breathe for a while, that's perfectly allowed in yoga too (and sometimes it's the most important exercise of all).

Pelvic Floor Yoga – Invisible, Yet Essential
Your pelvic floor is like a reliable seat belt: you only really notice it when it no longer does its job as well as it should. In my Pelvic Floor Yoga Course, you will learn how to feel, strengthen, and relax this unsung hero of your body.
Whether after childbirth, during menopause, or simply because you want to do something good for yourself, a strong pelvic floor provides stability, confidence, and even improves your posture.
Don't worry, this isn't about boring muscle exercises. We combine flowing movements, breathing techniques, and a healthy dose of humor. Let's be honest: people don't talk about the pelvic floor nearly enough, considering the important role it plays.

Yoga for Moms and Babies – Relaxation for Two
Becoming a mother is an adventure, and sometimes it feels like running a marathon without any training. Between feeding, diaper changes, and desperately hoping for five minutes of sleep, your own body can easily end up at the bottom of the priority list.
In my Mom-and-Baby Yoga Course, you can combine self-care with quality time for your baby. We gently strengthen your pelvic floor, release tension in your shoulders, and create moments of relaxation, even if there's a little fussing or babbling in the background. Best of all, you'll not only support your own wellbeing but also build a playful connection with your baby. And don't worry, everyone here understands when things get a little noisy.

Singing Bowl Massage
In a Singing Bowl Massage, ancient wisdom meets modern understanding. The gentle vibrations of the bowls spread through your body like ripples across water.
Every cell responds, not in some mystical way, but in a very real one. Our nervous system naturally responds to rhythmic impulses. They remind it how relaxation is meant to feel.
As the bowls resonate, your body gradually enters a state that medicine describes as parasympathetic activation: heart rate and breathing slow down, stress hormones decrease, and muscles begin to release tension. At the same time, something happens that is difficult to measure yet easy to feel: a sense of spaciousness, clarity, and inner security.
The vibrations act like a reset for body and mind.
Mystical? Perhaps. Understandable? Absolutely.
What to expect
Gentle vibrations reaching deep into fascia and muscle tissue
A journey into relaxation that you can both hear and feel
Nervous system harmonization
A nurturing space where you feel supported and held
Who is it for? For anyone longing for peace and quiet. For mothers reconnecting with their bodies. For sensitive souls. For teenagers under school stress. And for anyone who knows that sometimes sound speaks more deeply than words.
